If you are not completely satisfied with any of our services, we will reservice any areas or items to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied with the results, we will refund your money.
In the unlikely event of any damage caused by one of our technicians, PINNACLE Cleaning & Restoration will gladly repair the damage at no expense to you.
If the item cannot be repaired, PINNACLE Cleaning & Restoration will credit you with the item's present actual cash value, as determined by customary insurance industry standards, toward a replacement of a like kind from a PINNACLE Cleaning & Restoration source upon payment of the cleaning charges.
