We pre-vacuum your fine fabrics. Dry soil is removed from your upholstery before cleaning agents are applied. We then conduct various tests and assess the fabric to determine which cleaning method to use. Each of our three types of cleaning are configured to the needs of your upholstery.
1. Our Hot Water Extraction or "Wet" method is typically used for synthetic fabrics.
2. Our Dry Foam or "Low Moisture System" is configured specifically for natural fabrics, such as cotton, that require more precision and care.
3. Our Dry Cleaning or "Dry" method is for your specialty fabrics, such as Haitian or Raw Cotton, and may even include some down-filled upholstery.
Whichever method has been chosen, you can be sure that when we clean your fine furniture, we pay attention to detail and give your upholstery the time and attention needed to do the job properly.
